Preparation:
In large skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil. Add onions, curry powder, cumin and dried coriander. Sautée until fragrant (about 1 minute).
Add washed coriander leaves; sautée until onions are tender.
Add crushed tomatoes, diced tomatoes and meatballs to skillet. Simmer on medium-high heat for 30 - 45 minutes, or until meatballs are heated through.
